In the midst of Proverbs 15 is much wisdom about better having the Lord with little than having a lot with chaos. How true. Then, there is a verse that jumps off the pages about leadership. Why does a plan succeed or fail? Here is the teaching of the Proverb...
"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."
The answer of wise planning is in wise counsel from many. How about that for a leadership tip? This is great for churches to keep in mind.
The ending of Mark 16:9-20 is not found in early manuscripts. The remarks of handling snakes and drinking poison make this addition confusing in reading the other gospels. All Bibles do not agree on the 16th chapter of Mark. Personally, I am more compelled to end with the resurrection...and read the other with an awareness this may indeed be an addition.
